A native of Mission Viejo, California, Steven broke into the insurance industry in 2013. After graduating from Appalachian State University, he joined Hull & Company and began to learn and grow.

In 2020, Steven made the move over to Peachtree Special Risk Brokers so he could continue to meet his goal of growing his book and his team through successful, long-term retail and carrier partnerships.

He recalls one of his most memorable career moments being winning his first challenging account without assistance from his mentors. The satisfaction and confidence that one account win gave him was a catalyst for the growth he has experienced since.

One of Steven’s favorite quotes, that not only pushes him, but makes him laugh, is “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. – Wayne Gretzky.” -Michael Scott.

During his off time, he enjoys watching the Carolina Panthers, playing golf, hiking, and cooking.
